Lower back pain is one of the most widely experienced health related complaints in the world. But as wide as it extends, exercise reaches still further.
Lower back pain is such a convoluted and misunderstood issue because of the complexity of this region of the body, with facets, discs, muscles, nerves and ligaments all interacting. Exercise for back care should comprise all fields of exercise. Exercise should aim to prevent debilitation and improve exercise tolerance and muscular strength
But sometimes you just want a quick fix. Something you can do before you shoot out the door to work.
I’ve had considerable success with clients using two very simple exercises. Bear in mind they are general in nature. Stop if they hurt and all the rest of it.
