Range of Motion's mobility program is targeted at CrossFitters and is designed to modify the mechanics of the body to create an environment where the athlete is best able to express their work capacity.

Key initiatives addressed:
The sole goal is the increase in performance, achieved through:
- Assessment, identification and correction of movement.
- Activation of underactive muscle groups.
- Release of overactive or tight muscle groups.
- Dynamic postural correction.
- Increasing the workable range of motion and flexibility of a joint to increase the range over which force can be produced.
- Correcting the internal mechanics of the body to treat injury and prevent future injury.
Program structure:
- Assessment of movement quality and dysfunction during Olympic, powerlifting and gymnastics based movements.
- Individualised prescription of a home based program based on assessment to correct the major deficiencies.
- Provision of pre- and post- exercise routines to be completed before and after all WODS.
- 1-2 one-on-one Exercise Physiology Sessions per week, comprising movement retraining, technique modification and partner assisted Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
Pricing Structure:
- $60 per session. Inclusive of all exercise prescription and additional services.
