Movement Conditioning Program

Range of Motion's Movement Conditioning Program is targeted at athletes (including CrossFitters, gymnasts, power lifters, Olympic Lifters and other sportspeople) and is designed to modify faulty mechanics of the body to create an environment where the athlete is best able to express their work capacity through movement.

Available to both Range of Motion clients, and those training elsewhere, this program has been created by Exercise Physiologist and Director of Range of Motion, Dan Williams. All consultations are one-on-one with a strong bias towards Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques and the development of musculature that is underactive and ill prepared for the required movement/stability.
