Range of Motion is home to an extensive swimming program; offering our athletes the opportunity to improve their swimming skills and complement their standard training.

Squad sessions, one-on-one and small group sessions are available to ensure our athletes have access to the swimming training that best suits their requirements.  From beginner swimmers to advanced level, the program focuses on technique, endurance, speed and skills.  Targeting weaknesses, eliminating bad habits and further developing the individual into a well rounded athlete.

Additionally, we have the latest technology available with the use of an underwater video camera. Analysing technique from above and below the water to give our swimmers the direct, visual feedback they require to improve.

The Range of Motion Swimming Program is lead by our swim coach, Kareena Preston. With a National Coaching Accreditation Scheme Silver Swimming Coaching Licence and experience training athletes to World Championship and Olympic Level, Kareena bring a world class standard of swimming coaching to Range of Motion.
