Post- Exercise (Movement Therapy) J

Choose and complete a minimum of two of the following exercises to improve your running technique:

  • Squat with band around knees. Minimum 30 reps (accumulated).
  • Hops with forward fall. Three continuous rounds of 10 on the spot, 10 with forward momentum.
  • Pulling wall drill. Minimum 20 pulls each leg.
  • Running wall drill. Minimum 20 pulls each leg.
  • Alternating foot pulls. Three rounds of 10 pulls each leg.
  • Cop drill. Accumulate a minimum of 100 steps.
  • Jump rope drill. Accumulate a minimum of 100 steps.
  • Carioca. Accumulate a minimum of 100 steps.
