Mentorship Program Descriptions

  • $1999 (payment plans available).
  • Length of internship: Four weeks.
  • 10 hours of intensive one-on-one theory tutorial sessions with follow-up reading and worksheets. We will cover ten modules. Modules are listed below. Click here for more details on the content covered in each module.
    Module One: Human Movement Basics.
    Module Two: Olympic Weightlifting Biomechanics.
    Module Three: Exercise Programming Philosophies.
    Module Four: Nutrition for Health, Body Composition and Performance.
    Module Five: Sport and Exercise Psychology.
    Module Six: Functional Flexibility: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
    Module Seven: Movement Screening and Correction.
    Module Eight: Weight Loss Physiology.
    Module Nine: Exercise for Chronic Conditions.
    Module Ten: Exercising Around, and Rehabilitating Injuries.
  • 60 hours of client shadowing: You will be working initially in an observational capacity, and over the course of the 60 hours will increase the amount of hands on work you are completing. You will be challenged to achieve a very high quality of expertise and service. You will be exposed to a vast range of clientele and methodologies. Theory work will be included, and applied to the practical experience being gained. Expand your knowledge and education with extra readings.
