Thoracic Spine and Muscle Passive ROM
- Lie face down on the ground with arms extended overhead and hands clasped together.
- Parter sits on the upper back and draws the arms upwards, completing a PNF sequence.
- Lie on your back with the foam roller across the lower border of you shoulder blades.
- Extend your arms overhead towards the ground and extend the thoracic spine.
- Lower back must remain in contact with the ground.
Dose: Minimum 60 seconds.
