A Strongman competitor and powerlifter, Dan Macri is one of the strongest men in Australia. He is five-time Western Australia’s Strongest Man and has placed second twice in Australia’s Strongest Man. He has competed professionally at the Arnold Classic in Australia and has a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition.

His expertise is in strength development and performance, and structuring training programs. With a focus on the use of strongman implements. Dan specialises in Strongman training and how it can be utilised to increase functional strength muscle mass, improve posture and function and change body composition.

Ian Dewhurst is a two-time Australian Commonwealth Games Representative (Glasgow 2014, Gold Coast 2018), three-time Australian Open Champion (2014, 2017, 2018) and Bronze Medalist in the 2013 World University Games (Russia). He holds a scholarship at the West Australian Institute of Sport and is the 11th fastest Australian all-time in the 400m hurdles, with a time of 49.52.

Kareena Preston has worked in the swimming teaching and coaching industry for over 25 years moving from learn to swim as a high school graduate to high performance coaching since 2005.

She has extensive experience in placing swimmers to National Championship level (including medallists) as well as placing swimmers on Junior and Senior Australian Swim teams. She has a passion for coaching open water and marathon swimmers and welcomes any opportunity to work in the ocean. Kareena continues to work extensively with Down Syndrome Swimming Australia as a coach on the Australian Team.

Kareena has coached some very talented athletes in the CrossFit Community to the world stage of the CrossFit Regionals and CrossFit Games. She currently enjoys coaching the emerging talent at Kwinana Swimming Club.
