As a visual learner who finds it hard to follow written instructions, this has been a great tool for me. It is easier to go back and re-read the information and the goals I have set for myself. I love it!

I love my Training Tracker because I can write the technical feedback I get on the session so I remember what I need to work on next time. It also has lots of ways to record info that’s useful and important and I can easily see progress over time.

Instead of thinking of my strategy prior to training, it is now written down, and I do this before training each day, also great to see what I have eaten for the day as well and any mistakes or lessons I can take away and look back on in future training.
