How does ROMstrong programming work?
For $30 a week, login to our app to access your weekly ROMstrong program. Video demos, training log, PB tracker.
Each week, your program builds on the previous week, progressively overloading your muscles and adapting as you do.
Your program will contain a huge amount of variety, while still being built around the most highly effective compound movements.
Your program includes power lifting, strongman training and bodyweight strengthening, with session notes giving you alternatives based on your equipment limitations.
The sessions are not only powerfully effective, but highly efficient. 45 minutes a day four days a week. A huge return on your training time.
