Weekend

The Athlete Camp blew my mind. It’s for everyone and every level. We had such a diverse group of athletes from beginners to coaches and it was great to see how people took on board the information and lessons from each perspective. I would recommend the Athlete Camp to anyone wanting to take their training, programming or coaching to the next level.
2018 Camp Attendee

I knew it would be a good weekend, but it completely exceeded expectations – I can’t believe how much I got out of it and how much fun it was.

The Athlete Camp was hugely educational, jam packed with relevant extremely useful information to both coaches and athletes. I felt strongly engaged and soaked it all up like a sponge taking home with me new goals, techniques, ideas for coaching and an incredible amount of motivation to aim higher not just in my sporting life but also work and personal development.
2018 Camp Attendee

A fantastic weekend! The mix of classroom and practical learning with Subject Matter Experts was perfect.

What 2018 Attendees Thought

The Athlete Camp shared a whole range of information that we could take away and implement in our own situations going forward. The experts that lead the sessions were informative and inspiring and have given me so many ideas I am excited to use. The whole weekend was so much fun!
2018 Camp Attendee

Comprehensive, relevant, and great value both in terms of the investment and gains. Dan is a talented and engaging presenter. Best thing I’ve done in a long while.
2018 Camp Attendee

As someone who is very new to CrossFit I thought the camp was most likely going to be at a level that was too high for my current experience level. I was pleasantly surprised as a lot of the camp was about going back to basics and working on the foundations of making a good athlete so there was a lot to take away for people of all levels including myself as a beginner.
2018 Camp Attendee

I knew it would be a good weekend, but it completely exceeded expectations. I learnt a lot – both on the theory side, and the practical side from the specialist coaches, and have come away enthused and excited to apply all I’ve learnt to my training.

A great weekend and learning experience with the lead of Dan. Also a great set of subject matter experts and participants that made this format a HUGE success.
2018 Camp Attendee

The Athlete Camp was like the missing puzzle piece for me, it combined theory and practical into sizable knowledge blocks that I can now use in my development. The weekend was really fantastic, such a great learning environment, meeting people who although are on different parts of the learning continuum, come together with the aim of improving and sharing knowledge, skills and competence.
