Referable Services
Private Health Insurance Rebates
For patients who are suffering from a Chronic Medical Condition and have coverage for Exercise Physiology or ‘allied health’. Patients will complete one-on-one exercise sessions with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with a strong individualised, ‘health-first’ focus.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management Care Plans
Patients referred by a GP under the Medicare Scheme to treat a Chronic Medical Condition using Exercise Physiology. Medicare will subsidise up to five Exercise Physiology sessions per calendar year.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
For patients living with a disability who are self-managing the funds allocated through the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
DVA (Department of Veteran Affairs)
For patients who are part of the DVA scheme and would benefit from an individualised, ‘health-first’ approach to exercise. GP refers the patient to Range of Motion for a ‘treatment cycle’, Each treatment cycle is 12 sessions, and the patient can do as many cycles as the GP deems beneficial.
Worker’s Compensation
For patients who have been injured at work, or become sick due to work. Patients will complete one-on-one exercise sessions with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with a focus on treating the injury or condition to allow return to work.
