Why we have an individualised approach to exercise at Range of Motion.

Why we have an individualised approach to exercise at Range of Motion.

At the core of what we do at Range of Motion is individualisation.

It’s a common thread that runs through everything we do.

And our prescription of exercise to you is no different.

You see, we believe that no two people are the same. No two people have the same needs. Therefore no two people should be following the same program.

Don’t get us wrong, we don’t think individualisation is the only way. Nor do we necessarily think it’s better for everyone. A group, class or cookie-cutter approach to fitness has done amazing things to improve the health and fitness of millions of people.

We don’t think our approach is better, it’s just different. We’re for the people who need this individualised approach.

The ‘Range of Motion Model of Health’ is based around the fact that we can think of the elements of our health and fitness like spokes on a wagon wheel. If a wagon wheel has one broken spoke, the wheel won’t turn. You can learn more about our Model of Health by reading ‘Why we focus on our weaknesses at Range of Motion‘.

You health is the same. It doesn’t matter how healthy you are if you have one area of your health that is letting you down.

By focusing our attention on the areas of your health and fitness that need the most work, we can have the most powerful and positive impact on your life.

Some people may approach exercise by fitting you into a pre- built bucket. A ‘bronze’ level membership. A ‘platinum’ membership. A ‘muscle building program’. A ‘weight loss program’.

We take a different approach. Our buckets are called ‘Jess’, and ‘Tony, and ‘Glynis’ and ‘Matt’. They’re not predetermined.

We don’t try to force you in to a bucket that doesn’t fit. We build a new bucket just for you.

And over time, you bucket changes. It needs to change, because you’ll be changing.

The way we approach your health and fitness grows and evolves as you grow and evolve.

The entire process is lead by your Personal Coach. Check out ‘Why we focus on one-on-one Personal Coaching at Range of Motion‘.

We individualise our approach to exercise, because the best way to maximise your individual results is to individualise what you do to achieve them.
