– Nutrition, making sure that omega-3 to six ratio is where we want it to be, we’ve talked about that. More of the seafood-type stuff, less of the grain-type stuff, again reduces any inflammation, reduces the incidences of inflammatory disease, any soft-tissue issues, eating well for that. The sleep, again, normalising those hormones, the hormone levels, things like growth hormone and testosterone can help to repair the body, minimising the levels of cortisol in the body as well, help to reset that insulin resistance.
