– Again, if you’re using a conventional deadlift as a diagnostic tool and saying, okay, we can see a problem here, the aim is not to then, so therefore we can’t do that. It would be to say, we do it to the best of our abilities, we prescribe some extra stuff to do to fix the problem, which we’ll cover today, but then if we’re going heavy, maybe we don’t want to load up that position. Let’s go sumo style if we’re going heavy, yeah. So if something is wrong, don’t automatically go, no, I’m not going to do that. That’s like saying my squat is weak, therefore I’m only go do bench press, okay?
