Key factors to build the skills of imagery

– All right, so let’s talk about how you actually get this. The two main factors that you guys need to have, you need to make sure your imagery is vivid and it’s controllable. And by vivid I mean incorporating as many of senses we talked about as you can to make it as vivid as you can, like you’re actually really there. And then it has to be controllable. You have to be able to, if you’re doing something wrong in your visualisation, you need to be able to make little adjustments to make sure that it’s fixed.
