Range of Motion Movement Therapy

This resource identifies the 12 most common positions that make up the majority of human movement. For each of these positions, we identify the common faults, then prescribe exercises to correct these faults.

These positions are a great diagnostic tool, and examining them allows us to make assumptions about underlying musculo-skeletal dysfunction and imbalance.

This resource will tell you the activation, mobilisation, stabilisation and release drills to do to build a healthier musculo-skeletal system.
