Fault:

Shoulders dropping/back in rack position.

Possible Tight / Overactive / Short Structures:

Mid traps, lower traps, rhomboids, posterior deltoids, lats, thoracic spine.

Possible Weak / Underactive / Long Structures:

Scapula elevators, scapula protractors (serratus anterior).

Corrective Mobility:

Complete these release drills.

Corrective Mobility:

Complete these PNF stretch drills.

Corrective Stability:

Complete these activation and stability drills.

He has a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) and a Postgraduate Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science from The University of Western Australia, with minors in Biomechanics and Sport Psychology.
