Serves 2. Preparation time 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 300g beef mince
- 2 large portobello mushrooms
- lettuce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tspn onion powder
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn pepper
Method:
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Slice vegetables.
- Place mince and seasoning in bowl. Mixed and distribute into two
patties. - Grill burgers on high for 5 minutes per side flipping once.
- Grill onion and portobello caps on high for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve burger atop the portobello cap with lettuce, onion and tomato.
