WIN With ROM’s Healthy Recipe Competition

Range of Motion is proud to announce our healthy recipe competition. Every week you will have a chance to win one of the world’s best books on healthy eating.

Just submit a recipe to win!

Every week you will have the opportunity to submit as many recipes as you like. The winner for that week will be chosen at random from all entries. The more recipes you submit, the greater your chance of winning.

The prize for every week will be announced on the Range of Motion Facebook Page at the beginning of each week. Prizes on offer will be chosen from the titles below:

      

There are four categories:

  1. Main Meals
  2. Snacks
  3. Desserts
  4. Drinks and Smoothies

Recipes do not have to conform to any specific nutritional recommendations, however, we do ask that they are based around the recommendations outlined in Range of Motion’s Official Position on Nutrition.

Your entries can be original recipes you have created or favourite recipes you often use. If you are submitting a recipe from another source, please do not copy and paste the text directly. Submit the recipe in your own words, and feel free to make any improvements that you feel add to the recipe.

Dan Williams is the Director of Range of Motion and leads a team of Exercise Physiologists, Sports Scientists, Physiotherapists and Coaches. He has a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) and a Postgraduate Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science from The University of Western Australia, with minors in Biomechanics and Sport Psychology.
