This seminar will walk you through the week leading up to a CrossFit competition. You will leave with a complete plan of skill development, training, nutrition, mobilisation, tapering, sleep, pre-game routine, mental strategies and game day nutrition.

Presenter:

This event is presented by Dan Williams. Dan is the Founder and Director of Range of Motion. He is an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science. Dan is a CrossFit Coach (at CF Games Level) and four time CrossFit Regionals Athlete.

Founder/Director

Dan Williams is the Director of Range of Motion and leads a team of Exercise Physiologists, Sports Scientists, Physiotherapists and Coaches. He has a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) and a Postgraduate Bachelor of Exercise Rehabilitation Science from The University of Western Australia, with minors in Biomechanics and Sport Psychology.
